If the reservation is approved, three copies will be made of this form. One will be for the Park Office use, and the second will be for the Pool Manager use, and the third will go to the renter along with a receipt.

Pool Parties will be rented in two hour time slots. Renter may call ahead of time to reserve a Pool Party. There will be a 7 business day waiting period or the Renters name to remain in the Schedule Book. In the event that the payment is not received before this time, the Renters name will be removed from the book and the spot will again be vacant. All reservations must be paid prior to the rental date.

In the event a reservation is not approved, the application fee will be promptly returned.

Renter accepts the premises in its present condition at the beginning of the rental period and covenants that the premises will be in as good condition at the end of the rental period. If during the Renter’s rental period, damage is done to the premises, the facility or equipment, as a result of the act or neglect of any person using said premises, repair cost will be charged to the Renter.

This Rental Agreement is made subject to the rules and regulations concerning use of the described facility as promulgated by the Parks and Recreation Department, which are mad part of the Agreement by reference.

As between the parties hereto, Renter agrees to be responsible for any injuries or damage to person or property occurring in or on the rented premises during the time rented to Renter, and Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City against any and all claims that may arise for said injuries or damages. Renter, by making this agreement does not do so for the benefit of any third person sustaining injury in or upon the rented premises. The purpose of the provision is solely, as between the parties hereto, to place the risk and burden of the loss on the Renter. Special Events insurance is required.

This Rental Agreement may be terminated by either party upon giving immediate notice to the other; provided, should Renter carry on or permit the carrying on of any activity in or on the rented premises other than that provided for in this Agreement, or any of the aforesaid rules and regulations. City may immediately terminate this Agreement.

In the event that the Renter wishes to terminate this agreement, the Renter must terminate within 5 business days in order to receive any refund or to reschedule. In the event that the Renter decides to terminate the agreement to receive a refund, the Renter is responsible for a $25.00 administrative fee. Any rescheduling will be strictly under the availability of the pool schedule. Rainouts: In the event that it rains and the pool is to be closed while a Pool Party is underway, the reserved party has two options; if your party is less than 30 minutes into the scheduled time, you may receive $100.00 refund or you have the opportunity to reschedule for a later date. If the party is over 30 minutes into the scheduled rental period, the party is considered complete and there will be no refunds or rescheduling.

Absolutely no food or drinks on the pool deck, all refreshments should stay in the concession area or in the party room.

The $200.00 Reservation fee is good for up to 100 guests. In the event that there are more than 100 guests, a charge of $2.00 per additional guest will be charged. Any one that enters the Aquatics facility is considered a guest regardless of their intent to enter the pool.

If any of the above contract is violated while the facility is under my reservation period and/or I neglect to notify the proper authorities, I the Renter will be responsible for any consequences that may be suitable for the violation.
