I UNDERSTAND BY RENTING A FACILITY, THE FOLLOWING MAY BE CHARGED IN THE EVENT CIRCUMSTANCES APPLY: *
SHELTERS - PARK ACCESS DEPOSIT $50 if a key is required for park access permit. Deposit will be returned if key is returned within two business days and there is no facility damage. - USER FEE $25 if a fee is collected for any service rendered that is conducted on the property. - CONCESSION FEE $25 if selling concessions at any event. - CUSTODIAL FEE $50 if needed for restroom maintenance. - JANITORIAL FEE $75 minimum if clean up is required after rental for decoration or trash removal. Gym rentals require a contract signature. Must be signed by the Reserving Party in the park office with the presentation of a valid drivers license. Contract includes facility Policies and Regulations. Reserving Party must be at least 21 years old. Dexter Aquatic Center rentals require a contract signature. Must be signed by Reserving Party in the park office with the pesentation of a valid drivers license. Contract includes facility Policies and Regulations. You will receive an email confirmation stating DPR received your request. If you do not receive confirmation of the request please contact the park office at 573-624-8244. THIS IS ONLY A REQUEST. The park office will contact you with pricing and availability. Facilities are available on a first come, first serve basis. *** PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RESERVATION.***

I agree this is only a request. I must confirm with the DPR office in order for my reservation to be valid. I understand that there will be a 5 business day waiting period for my reservation to remain in the reservation book. In the event payment is not received by the 5 day deadline, I understand that my name will be removed from the reservation book. If the reservation has been made within the 5 business day period, I understand that my reservation must be paid within 24 hours of reservation.
