The Dexter Aquatic Facility is
currently closed for the winter. It will open for the 2009 season on May 23,
2009 at 1pm. If you have any questions or would like to book a party for the
2009 season please contact the park office 624-8244.
Pool Features:
Pool Programs: Pool Parties: Reservations taken at the Park office. Exclusive pool parties will be on Friday from 5:30-7:30 pm, Saturday from 10am-12 noon or from 5:30-7:30 p.m. and on Sundays from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Fees for exclusive pool parties are $200 for 100 guests or less. A guest is anyone inside the fenced in area. The party room may also be reserved for $30 and is from 1-3 p.m. or 3-5 p.m. during any regular public swim. All guests pay regular admission. Pool Season Passes: A single season pass to the pool is $75 (good from May 24, 2008 - September 1, 2008 during public swim only) A family season pass to the pool is $200 for a 4 person family. To add a person is $50 (all must be living in the same household) The pass is good from May 24, 2008 - September 1, 2008 during public swim only. Little League Day: July 11, 2008 will be little league day, it is for anyone that has participated in park youth programs for the past year. Admission to the pool for public swim is $1. Swim Lessons: Registrations may be taken after January 1, 2008. There will be a registration on March 25th. Instructors reserve the right to determine your child's level of ability and place them accordingly. Class size is limited. Registrations will be accepted on a first come first served basis. Once a class is full you will have to register for another session. No Exceptions. Forms must be received 2 business days before the session begins no refunds. Water Babies: This class is designed to familiarize children 6 months to 18 months to the water. This class will also help parents to learn the techniques that will enable their child to enjoy the water. A parent or guardian must accompany their child for this class. The Parent or guardian will be required to get in the water with child. This class will teach water adjustment, supported float, and kicking. Registrations will be taken at the park office. The fee is $25.

A word to parents: Our lifeguards are highly trained and skilled. Their jobs are to assist in making our facilities a safe place to bring the family. However, they are not babysitters. Parents are expected to watch their children and to assist in enforcing the policies for the safety and enjoyment of all patrons. In addition all children under age 7 must be accompanied by an adult.
